With reference to the correspondence ending
with your despatch No.145 of 25th April, 1928, I have the
honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's
pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-
An Ordinance to amend the Registration of United Kingdom
Patents Ordinance, 1925, and to make certain
provisions with regard to letters patent granted
under the Patents Ordinance, 1892.

The usual report by the Attorney General
explaining the reasons for this Crdinance is enclosed.
